The Carmel Residents Association welcomes to membership all residents of Carmel-by-the-Sea and its "sphere of influence" (See Note *) and those who own second homes here. We need your help and would welcome you as a member! You can join by printing this page, filling out the form below and mailing it with your check to CRA, P.O. Box 13, Carmel, CA 93921.

* Note: Carmel's Sphere of Influence is the area bounded by Pescadero Canyon on the north, Hatton Canyon on the east, and Carmel River on the south.
