If you don't have time to watch it the summary is that the City is taking this COVID-19 situation very seriously and they have not taken the emergency steps lightly. They would rather take bold action now and take the risk that they overreacted than to take the risk of not doing so given our town's demographics and tourist nature. Do the steps that they have mentioned before including washing your hands and not touching your face.
