It's an annual tradition!

Carmel by the Sea's Anniversary is October 31, beginning in 1916!

We celebrate with a Halloween themed event & parade every year on or near that date, hosted by the Carmel City Community Activities Department. Reach out to be IN THE PARADE too!

In 2022 - we again celebrated this wonderful family and friends tradition. Lots of smiles and more.

In 2021 - this was an amazing parade full of Village charm and fun on October 31st at 4PM traveling up and down Ocean avenue, ending in Devendorf Park for mix, mingle and cupcakes! In case you missed it check out this quick slide show below.
